The event is in their system as PNW Pawn Conference, so you will need to reference the group name and 4/12 arrival date when you call in to make reservations.

It’s important to know that if you want to book additional nights, you will only be able to book the dates available on-line but can call the Lodge (509-427-7700, option 1) to adjust your dates once you have made on-line reservations.

And please know, the 844 number may go to an off site call center and they only have access to part of their system, so any special needs might be better addressed by calling the 509 number and talking to someone on-site.
